Shipping policy

At Alpha Engineered our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. All product is in house so there will be no manufacturer processing time.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. When selecting a shipping option with an estimated transit time, this does not mean you will receive the order in exactly the time estimated. These estimates are provided to us by the shipping company and relayed to the customer. It is possible that a shipment could arrive sooner than estimated or it could be delayed for various reasons and arrive later. A day of handling time is also included before shipping. Standard US (lower 48) orders are shipped by the ground service at a variety of shipping companies. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. If you are located outside of the lower 48 states (Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, etc.), shipments may take up to 30 days to arrive.
